About the Role
Join Ericsson Silicon to shape the future of wireless technology by leading ASIC projects for advanced Baseband and Radio systems. This role drives innovation at the silicon level, overseeing the design, testing, and delivery of next-generation Baseband and Radio ASIC components from initial design to full production.
Responsibilities
- Drive global program management for Baseband and Radio ASICs.
- Influence ASIC component scope, cost, and schedule.
- Connect global stakeholders to align on milestones.
- Control program budgets and capabilities.
- Serve as the main interface between Silicon teams and external/internal vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement to accelerate time-to-market.
- Optimize and architect Design for Test/Debug solutions.
- Transition concepts from prototype to production-ready reality through System Debug & Productization.
- Reduce test times, boost fault coverage, and cut ASIC costs through Production Testing & Engineering.
- Ensure Quality & Reliability by upholding high standards with silicon partners.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on ASIC Design experience with deep expertise in DFT/DFX.
- Experience leading teams across multiple sites and cultures.
- Ability to own and resolve problems, including quality issues.
- MSEE or equivalent.
- Industry-level knowledge of NPI, product life cycles, and customer experience.
- Thrive on accountability and overcome challenges with a can-do attitude.

Salary/Compensations
- Salary range dependent on location, knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
