About the Role

Provide contract delivery capacity within a lean, high-performing Finance Solution Delivery team. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders to support production operations, ongoing enhancements, and strategic initiatives across multiple Workday Financials domains. The role requires deep functional expertise, independent operation, and adaptability to shifting business needs.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize Workday Financials domains.
• Act as a flexible resource, adapting to priority areas based on evolving business needs.
• Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Design and implement scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with long-term platform health.
• Partner with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements, process improvements, and operational optimizations.
• Support both day-to-day production activities and project-based initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to ensure system effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US; visa sponsorship not available.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.
• Experience supporting both production support and project-based work.
• Proven expertise across multiple Workday Financials domains, including Financial Accounting, Expenses, Business Assets, and Banking & Settlement.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Experience with Workday Accounting Center and Prism (preferred).
• Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting (preferred).
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives (preferred).
• Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworks (preferred).
• Experience working within lean teams with broad domain ownership (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders (preferred).
• Experience with VNDLY (preferred).
