About the Role
This role provides key support to the operations team, managing funds from beginning to end to facilitate settlement, including funds transfers and reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Funding received
- Payment Creations Processing
- Telegraphic Transfers including PEXA transactions
- Real time transfers
- Inbox enquiries addressed as they are received and prioritize accordingly
- Manage relationships with ANZ to support achievement and quick resolution of issues
Requirements

- Work well under pressure and tight guideline
- Ability to prioritise
- Ability to correctly identify when appropriate to escalate issues
