About the Role

Wing Data is seeking Freelance AI Video Trainers for a flexible, project-based opportunity to support an AI Training Video Participation Study. This role involves recording video tasks to train next-generation AI systems, improving AI's understanding of speech, behavior, and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Record video tasks that help train next-generation AI systems.
• Review requirements and proceed to partner onboarding.
• Participate in video recording tasks, which may include speaking, labeling, reviewing, or following on-screen instructions.
• Ensure submissions support the development and training of next-generation AI systems.
• Collect high-quality human data to improve AI's understanding of speech, behavior, communication, and real-world interactions.
• Follow task instructions carefully and record in a clear, accurate, and suitable environment.

Requirements

• Must have a 1080P camera (phone or webcam).
• Must possess a valid government-issued ID for identity verification.
• Must be able to complete tasks in a quiet room with no background noise.
• Must ensure even lighting for recordings, preferably natural light, avoiding backlighting, shadows, or dark rooms.
