About the Role
StretchLab Austin Street is seeking motivated and energetic Flexologists to join their team. This role involves delivering customized assisted stretching sessions, educating clients on wellness, and building strong client relationships within the fast-growing boutique fitness industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customized one on one assisted stretch sessions
- Educate clients on mobility, recovery, flexibility, and wellness
- Build strong client relationships and support membership retention
- Assist with community events, studio outreach, and wellness promotions
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment
Requirements
- Backgrounds in Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy or Chiropractic Assistance, Yoga or Pilates Instruction, Dance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or Athletic Training are welcome
- Passionate about health, wellness, and movement
- Strong communicators who enjoy working with people
- Reliable, positive, coachable, and team oriented
- Interested in long term growth within the fitness and wellness industry
