About the Role

This hybrid role involves acquiring and managing Middle Market Banking relationships. It requires developing prospect lists, client outreach plans, and quality referral sources. The position serves as the primary client contact, providing financial products and services, collaborating with corporate partners, and may lead less experienced associates.

Responsibilities

• Originate and cultivate middle market banking relationships, positioning the Bank as the primary financial institution.
• Deliver a full suite of commercial banking products and services, including loans, deposits, treasury management, interest rate products, capital markets, wealth management, and other fee income business.
• Serve as the primary relationship management contact, identifying client needs and structuring customized solutions with internal partners.
• Understand market, pricing, and industry trends to advise clients.
• Collaborate across the Bank to deliver commercial and consumer products and services.
• Leverage the Bank's digital and technology platforms for exceptional client service.
• Design and execute targeted marketing efforts on centers of influence and client events in coordination with marketing.
• Understand client creditworthiness and bank credit policies for internal discussions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and compliance policies of the Bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Middle Market Banking & Credit Knowledge
• OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Middle Market Banking & Credit Knowledge
• MBA, Business Administration, Finance, Economics (Preferred)
• 8 years of Middle Market Banking and/or Corporate Banking experience (Preferred)
