About the Role

Introba is seeking an Electrical Engineer passionate about innovation and sustainability to join a team developing innovative designs for high-performance buildings. This role offers exposure to challenging projects, leadership support, competitive compensation, and work-life balance, influencing the design of efficient, healthy buildings for a sustainable future.

Responsibilities

• Design and execution of projects ranging in size and complexity, focusing on building electrical systems for healthcare, sports, labs, commercial, industrial, and precinct level infrastructure.
• Participate in the design development, application, evaluation, recommendation, and specification of engineered systems or products for building and infrastructure electrical systems.
• Lead a design team through the entire project life cycle, supporting client meetings, collaborating with other disciplines and consultants, coordinating site service and electrical requirements, and performing field reviews.
• Take ownership for projects from start to finish, meeting project objectives with an emphasis on sustainable solutions and outcomes.
• Promote active, continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Cultivate team members’ growth through feedback, coaching, and career development.
• Support Team Lead to plan projects and optimize resources.
• Manage project timelines, budget, and talented resources.
• Provide guidance for career development, supporting technical expertise or leadership aspirations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience designing electrical systems in the building industry.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in designing direct to REVIT.
• Ability to read Architectural, Structural, and Electrical drawings with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience working on Airport fit out work is preferred.
• Knowledge of energy modeling and calculations.
• Past Revit experience.
• A growth mindset to constantly challenge the status quo and develop optimized solutions.
• Excellent advisory and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze information and communicate complex ideas clearly to less technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative nature, keen to share knowledge and drive excellence.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong report writing, communication, and consulting skills.
• Advanced interpersonal skills with clients and staff.
• Advanced communication and coaching abilities.
