About the Role

Set the tone for guests, providing an impressive and engaging experience in a vibrant entertainment atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in person and over the phone
  • Manage the waitlist
  • Manage lane, shoe, and equipment assignments
  • Prepare for leagues
  • Process sales and adhere to cash control procedures
  • Report and log equipment malfunctions to mechanics
  • Provide basic bowling instruction to guests
  • Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Demonstrated success in academic or previous job experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
