About the Role
Set the tone for guests, providing an impressive and engaging experience in a vibrant entertainment atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in person and over the phone
- Manage the waitlist
- Manage lane, shoe, and equipment assignments
- Prepare for leagues
- Process sales and adhere to cash control procedures
- Report and log equipment malfunctions to mechanics
- Provide basic bowling instruction to guests
- Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Demonstrated success in academic or previous job experience
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
