About the Role

As a Facility Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and guests, ensuring the client's workplace runs seamlessly. This role blends hospitality excellence with operational expertise to create an environment where people thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to contact for employee inquiries, tickets, and workplace services.
  • Conduct daily site walkthroughs to ensure spaces are pristine, organized, and welcoming.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers.
  • Manage work orders through CMMS system—create, dispatch, track, and resolve.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors, validate invoices, and ensure timely completion.
  • Support budgeting, financial reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Execute services according to SLAs and performance metrics.
  • Oversee facilities including janitorial, conference rooms, furnishings, and equipment.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and guest services as needed.
  • Act as on-site POC for emergencies and after-hours situations.
  • Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all local codes, regulations, and JLL standards.
  • Maintain required safety training and certifications.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in hospitality, facility management, or operations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Strong multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and applications.
  • Outstanding communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
