About the Role
Responsible for managing the demand creation and sales of Trus Joist engineered lumber products in high density or multi-family housing market segments. This role covers the Eastern Metro areas, requiring residence in or near an eastern metropolitan area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement market strategies for multiple metro markets, collaborating with territory managers.
- Drive sales and profit by creating primary demand for products with builders, dealers, the design community, and building officials.
- Develop and deliver customer-specific solutions demonstrating value and improved returns for builders.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key customers to grow business and ensure service alignment.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with architects and specifiers.
- Provide product and solution knowledge training to builders, design community, dealers, distributors, and building officials.

Salary/Compensations
- Targeting a salary range of $75,600-$135,509.
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Program, targeting 25% of base salary, paid quarterly.
