About the Role

This position is responsible for the development, coordination, and administration of the Railton Place Transitional and Permanent Housing Programs. This includes administration for Veterans in Recovery, SA transitional program, Homelessness for Supportive Housing, HUD VASH for permanent housing, and the Emancipated Foster Youth Transitional Housing program.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage programs supporting adults in recovery.
• Establish program goals, objectives, and performance outcomes.
• Monitor program effectiveness and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Direct, supervise, and support case management staff.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure clear communication of expectations, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee service delivery for individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use, and/or HIV/AIDS-related challenges.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and organizational integrity.
• Support coordination with The Salvation Army programs and policies as applicable.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community-based organizations and recovery networks.
• Stay informed of resources related to substance abuse recovery, HIV/AIDS services, and homelessness.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience working with adults in recovery.
• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in case management.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement effective programs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high integrity.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to participate in required safety and compliance programs (e.g., Fleet Safety Program).

Experience Level

• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in case management.

Education Level

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificate in alcohol and drug studies preferred (relevant coursework/training acceptable).

Salary/Compensations

• $115,000 - $125,000 depending on experience.
