About the Role
The Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services plays a vital role in resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. We seek skilled professionals to join our facility's compassionate and hospitable care-giving team.
Responsibilities
- Administer and direct environmental services program to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Procure or generate all utilities and their distribution systems.
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Attend staff meetings to ascertain facility policies and assist in their development.
- Interpret facility policies to environmental staff members.
- Direct safety, fire control, security, and civil-defense programs.
- Participate in facility infection control programs.
Requirements
- Experience in a job related field.
- Clean background check.
- Clean drug screen.
- Authorized to work in the United States of America.
- SNF Regulatory experience.
