The role assumes responsibility for the health of each resident and coordinates services to provide the appropriate level of care based on assessment.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nursing license in good standing in the State of Texas
- Degreed as a registered nurse from accredited nursing program
- CPR and First Aid training
- 2 year Director of Nursing experience in SNF
