Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm
• Lease apartments and earn commission
• Promote properties on social media with personality
• Build relationships and connections to make people feel at home
• Develop creative marketing and outreach efforts

Requirements

• Extroverted, fun, lovable, and people-oriented
• Sales-minded with strong lease closing ability
• Social media savvy (posting, sharing, engaging)
• Creative, upbeat, and positive demeanor
• Professional, dependable, and eager for real estate career growth
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
