About the Role
Support treasury and payment initiatives in a professional insurance environment through business analysis, system implementation, testing, and collaboration, contributing to operational improvements and transformation.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end complex projects independently while collaborating with business and IT teams.
- Identify and track risks, actions, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
- Facilitate sessions to align stakeholders and support decision-making.
- Document detailed business requirements and process maps.
- Develop and execute test plans, test matrices, and test cases, coordinate testing activities, and report results.
- Analyze treasury and payment data to identify trends, anomalies, and insights, and provide recommendations.
- Support treasury process and technology implementations as a subject matter expert.
- Contribute to change management activities, including communications, training, and readiness planning.
- Develop training materials, user guides, job aids, and reference documentation, and deliver training sessions.
- Support the implementation of treasury management and payment hub solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of back-office and project experience in the financial services industry with strong understanding of operations and treasury practices.
- Proven experience in project management, change management, business process, and data analysis capacities in driving treasury and payment solutions and process improvements.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to build effective relationships across teams to drive adoption and outcomes.
- Self-starter, results-oriented with a positive attitude and continuous learning mindset.

Benefits
- 10-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
- Monday to Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week.
- Hours from 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.
- Occasional after-hours work required.
- 2 on-site days per week
