About the Role

Lead the development of SG&A sourcing strategies for key vendors in North America, ensuring access to top-quality services, technologies, and vendor partners to support company growth. This role involves identifying, assessing, selecting, negotiating, and executing contracts with key SG&A vendors, and contributing to corporate sourcing policy, vendor management, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop immediate and long-term sourcing strategies/plans for SG&A vendors, focusing on Commercial, IT, and professional services.
  • Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders, including senior executives, to identify sourcing needs and align strategies with business goals for efficiency and innovation.
  • Assess, benchmark, and negotiate existing key SG&A vendor contracts, conducting gap analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Finance FP&A team on vendor cost budgeting, forecasting, and saving validation.
  • Assess industry trends and evolving technology, such as AI in procurement, to ensure continuous automation of current sourcing processes.
  • Establish an SG&A vendor governance program, including vendor optimization, risk assessment, and operational performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate compliance SOP and policies.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership ability to manage large vendor spend portfolios and drive global collaborations.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing SG&A category strategies in complex environments.
  • 12+ years of extensive sourcing experience with deep knowledge of vendors for advertising agency, media, data analytics, meetings, and events.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor benchmarking experience across various IT contract types, including SaaS, consulting, and managed services agreements.
  • Broader category sourcing experience in consulting and legal services is a plus.
  • Willingness to seek innovative ways to achieve tangible results/savings.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and present sourcing strategies to key stakeholders.
  • Available for up to 5% domestic or international travel as needed.

Salary/Compensations

  • $178,000—$222,900 USD
