About the Role

The Senior BIM Digital Delivery Lead provides advanced coordination, AQ/QC, and team mentorship for complex or multi-discipline projects, collaborating with project teams and BIM leadership to ensure alignment with firm standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead BIM delivery for complex and multi-discipline projects.
  • Plan and coordinate BIM workflows, including model segmentation, links, and file management.
  • Provide technical guidance to project delivery teams.
  • Manage model sharing, permissions, and exchanges using BIM 360 / ACC.
  • Support development and communication of project BIM deliverable requirements.
  • Lead and document BIM-related QA/QC processes, maintaining BIM quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Train project teams on QMP processes and BIM-specific quality expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans.
  • Lead Revit/BIM kickoff meetings with clients and partners, sharing best practices.
  • Provide strong client service by anticipating BIM needs, communicating clearly, and representing PAE's standards.
  • Share lessons learned and contribute to BIM standards, tools, and process enhancements.
  • Apply BIM Level of Development (LOD) expertise to advise on project scope, fees, and deliverable expectations.
  • Align BIM activities with overall project goals by understanding project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Mentor junior BIM staff and support team member development through knowledge sharing.
  • Support internal BIM development tasks and rollouts of new digital delivery tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of industry experience with advanced BIM responsibilities.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Mechanical or Electrical Design preferred.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional in AutoCAD for Design and Drafting preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Effective communication skills, including leading coordination discussions and presenting BIM approaches.
  • Advanced understanding of construction industry workflows and engineering disciplines.
  • High reliability, following through on commitments, proactive communication, and timely response to team and project needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and awareness of project-wide coordination impacts.
  • Ability to manage workload and priorities across multiple projects.
  • Ability to think systemically across projects, identifying challenges and improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to balance technical rigor, delivery efficiency, and project risk on complex projects.

  • $115,900-$144,000 annual
  • Eligible for time and a half overtime pay
