About the Role
This high-impact role drives multi-channel acquisition, customer expansion, and key partner marketing plans for corporate tax products and services. The role involves securing and engaging ICP-aligned target companies and buyers, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to bridge the lead-to-closed/won process, and exceeding marketing, sales, and revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative marketing programs and events to drive demand and partner commitment.
- Spearhead outbound activities to expand market share.
- Architect an effective, end-to-end content strategy.
- Serve as a best-practice advisor and change agent.
- Establish, measure, and interpret KPIs.
- Deepen understanding of competitive marketing motions and scale effective tactics using first- and third-party data.
- Translate market and customer insights into action.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Business Analysts to align with go-to-market strategy.
- Own development and execution of demand and partner co-marketing plans.
- Oversee execution of deliverables including thematic expansion across channels and formats, pipeline phasing, and iteration of plans.
- Lead segment and industry plays through Account Based intent and engagement.
- Support launches, customer adoption of new offerings, and expanding customer share-of-wallet.
- Plan and execute events, webcasts, virtual panels, and podcasts.
- Validate and improve efficacy of leads-to-closed/won processes and measurement.
- Create, localize, and customize content and assets for various audiences and purposes, including third-party speaking engagements, video, and social media.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs using Salesforce reporting, adjusting tactics in segments, plays, channels, and content.
- Manage other marketing projects and activities as assigned.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SaaS demand marketing experience supporting complex enterprise sales.
- Proven track record with ABM, partner marketing, and events.
- 3+ years of hands-on marketing content development (web, social, speaking engagements, guides, webcasts).
- Great presentation skills, confident delivering to executives, customers, and partners.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (reporting, marketing acquisition, customer expansion insights).
- Working knowledge of ZoomInfo (ICP enrichment, intent signals, analysis).
- Working knowledge of Sitecore (content updates, personalization, conversion optimization).
- Working knowledge of Canva (rapid creation of collateral and campaign assets).
- Motivated by team success, able to elevate cross-functional outcomes.
- Experienced in leading virtual teams.
- Outstanding communicator with storytelling skills.
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, growing through wins and lessons.
