About the Role

Manage daily restaurant operations, recruit and develop team members, oversee financial responsibilities, optimize profits, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Complete all financial and personnel/payroll administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and legal compliance.
• Ensure consistent high quality of food preparation.
• Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Implement proper security procedures to protect employees, guests, and company assets.
• Manage shifts, including daily decision-making, scheduling, planning, and upholding product quality.
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
• Respond to complaints to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality.
• Recruit, cast, develop, mentor, and coach team members.
• Oversee financial responsibilities including inventory, ordering food, and labor targets.
• Optimize profits.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of previous restaurant manager experience.
• 2-4 years high volume bar/restaurant experience.
• Liquor License certification.
• Food manager certificate.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
