About the Role
Supervise wait staff in preparing, serving, and servicing the dining room for residents and guests. The dining experience features crisp linen, fine china, top-quality fresh ingredients, made-to-order dining, and evolving seasonal and regional menus with signature dishes and daily specials. Enjoy a balanced life with no late nights.
Responsibilities
- Ensure wait staff wears designated, clean, and pressed uniforms.
- Maintain the daily menu board.
- Confirm dining room personnel provide exceptional customer service, including seating residents, presenting menus and specials, answering questions, and making suggestions.
- Ensure tables are promptly and properly bussed.
- Ensure tables are cleared and reset in a timely and appropriate manner.
Requirements
- Experience working in hospitality, residential, or club dining rooms preferred.
Experience Level
- Two years of related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Education Level
- High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development)
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Salary/Compensations
- USD 55000 - USD 60000 yearly
