About the Role
Support therapists and empower patients in their recovery. This role provides hands-on clinical experience, strengthening foundations for future PT or OT school with direct exposure to patient care, functional exercise, and outpatient clinic operations. Spero Rehab mentors technicians preparing for PT or OT school.
Responsibilities
- Assist PTs and OTs with patient care under supervision
- Guide patients through exercises
- Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment
- Maintain clinic organization, supplies, and laundry
- Support front desk tasks as needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
Requirements
- Interested in physical or occupational therapy preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in healthcare, fitness, or customer service preferred
