About the Role
As an IT Business Analyst, you will elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements to drive successful technology solutions. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment.
- Analyze data sets and reports to identify trends, root causes, and business improvement opportunities.
- Lead structured requirements gathering efforts using interviews, workshops, and analysis techniques.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
- Proven experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Working knowledge of data analysis concepts and tools.
- Strong ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, IT delivery, or related fields.
