At least 16 years old
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts and travel.
Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (e.g., cash registers, mobile devices).
Handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
Utilize basic information-gathering skills for problem-solving.
Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.
Frequently operate cash register.
Frequently move merchandise up to 25 lbs and place/remove merchandise up to 5-10 feet high.
Frequently ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop in the stock room and on the sales floor.
Frequently communicate and exchange accurate information with customers, managers, and coworkers.
Frequently move across the sales floor and to/from the stock room for merchandise handling.
Identify and discern email and print instructions for merchandise layouts, schedules, and operating procedures.
Remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
