About the Role

Provides professional project management for designated projects and assignments at client sites, campuses, and facilities. Interacts with client representatives, coordinates with property/facility management, and monitors execution of services for project management and tenant improvements. Collaborates with account managers, building/facility teams, clients, and owners.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare agendas, develop, and maintain master project budgets and timelines to meet project objectives and client needs.
  • Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients, property/facility management, and project teams during all project phases.
  • Assist in selecting, contracting, and overseeing consultants and construction teams.
  • Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, conferring with clients and property management on costs and impacts.
  • Support marketing services to clients as requested.
  • Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures.
  • Cooperate with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost, and profit goals.
  • Report major problems, findings, and results with recommendations to immediate supervisor.
  • Advise and obtain management approvals for potential organizational changes, additional commitments, and budget overruns.
  • Adhere to government laws, regulations, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain high qualitative and quantitative work performance standards.
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge in the field of specialization.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred

Experience Level

  • Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity, especially experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees

Education Level

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering
  • B.S. Degree in Architecture

Salary/Compensations

  • $127,500.00 - $150,000.00
