• Build project schedules using critical path methodology, encompassing scope, milestones, and timelines.
• Define clear responsibility and ownership for project outcomes using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology.
• Ensure schedules adhere to project execution plans, contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Establish and manage a clear method for baselining schedules and periodic updates.
• Manage fully integrated project schedules, structuring them for various review levels.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies with key partners.
• Provide regular updates on schedule progress.
• Review external schedules for adherence to scheduling best practices.

Requirements

• Developed planning and scheduling skills.
• Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience, with ability to interpret and communicate findings.
• Working experience using Primavera P6 planning software.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
