About the Role

The Senior Product Manager - Operational Delivery will lead the strategic development and execution of operational technology solutions for efficient service delivery across Real Assets portfolios. This role bridges client delivery teams and technology, driving improvements in operational efficiency, quality, and scalability. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for operations and business support systems, focusing on accounting, financial reporting, and automation capabilities. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless client experiences across multi-asset strategies and to define and implement target operating models for centralization and standardization through Centers of Excellence (COE).

Responsibilities

Own all accounting and financial reporting projects supporting Real Assets service delivery, including new feature evaluation and adoption.
Lead delivery of operations and business support technology for Real Assets, establishing prioritization frameworks based on impact and business value.
Partner with client delivery organizations to identify operational challenges and develop technology-driven solutions for improved efficiency and service quality.
Define and document target capabilities and requirements for Real Assets operations delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with product leads across Real Assets and delivery product leads to ensure consistent client experiences for multi-asset strategies.
Drive the definition and implementation of a target operations support model for Real Assets, enabling measurable transitions to Centers of Excellence (COE).
Identify, design, and scope new automations and capabilities, understanding root causes of delivery challenges and developing effective solutions.
Establish and track success metrics to measure product impact across quality, efficiency, and team adoption, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience or deep operational experience in Real Assets, with a proven track record of successfully adopting and driving new technologies to improve business outcomes.
Familiarity with real estate and infrastructure markets and data, including understanding of asset characteristics, valuation methodologies, and industry-specific operational requirements.
Solid understanding of AI and intelligent agents, enabling productive and strategic conversations with technical leaders to identify and implement AI-driven solutions.
Demonstrated experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and agile product delivery methodologies, with the ability to operate effectively in iterative development environments.
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, with proven ability to build consensus, drive alignment, and deliver results within complex matrixed organizational structures across multiple teams and geographies.
Ability to drive change and engagement, deliver communications, and support employee development.
Ability to drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks, while maintaining cost and budget discipline.
Ability to promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture internally and externally, acting as a role model.
