Responsibilities

  • Perform daily home resets and prepare for cleaners
  • Conduct light tidying, including dishes, surfaces, and vacuuming high-traffic areas
  • Create and maintain household organization systems
  • Execute seasonal clothing swaps and organization for children
  • Manage seasonal decor and bedding swaps
  • Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offs
  • Assist with event, holiday, and guest preparation occasionally
  • Change batteries, light bulbs, smoke detectors, and charge devices
  • Provide indoor plant care
  • Restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies, prioritizing grocery management
  • Manage running household supply lists
  • Handle returns, dry cleaning, and gift shopping
  • Process mail and packages, including breaking down boxes
  • Wash, fold, and organize laundry
  • Perform ironing, steaming, and special garment care
  • Manage kid linen rotation
  • Maintain tidy and well-stocked laundry areas
  • Prepare three healthy dinners per week (chopped ingredients, marinating protein, cooking instructions)
  • Prepare kids' lunches daily
  • Prepare healthy snacks for kids (washing, cutting, storing fruits and veggies)
  • Conduct grocery shopping following dietary needs and preferences (nut allergy, kid-friendly, healthy)
  • Perform kitchen cleanup and maintenance
  • Provide school pickups and drop-offs as needed
  • Offer light supervision and backup childcare
  • Provide date night coverage once per week
  • Prepare backpacks, clothing, snacks, and lunches for kids
  • Run kid-related errands
  • Maintain awareness of family calendar and household schedules
  • Provide reminders to family members
  • Assist with event and appointment coordination occasionally
  • Track receipts and budgets for house manager expenses
  • Maintain pet supplies for the family dog
  • Oversee cleaners for occasional deep cleans (fridge, oven, baseboards)
  • Refresh mudroom and entryway
  • Clean humidifiers and air purifiers
  • Execute organizational projects (toys, gear, kids' rooms)
  • Oversee cleaners and vendors when at the house

Requirements
