About the Role

Our Loss Prevention Agents actively contribute to the smooth operation of the stores, acting as resource personnel for all staff members. This role directly contributes to the company’s performance by ensuring the safety of people and premises.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of people and premises.
• Act as the first responder in emergency situations.
• Detect shoplifting.
• Make arrests in collaboration with police authorities, in accordance with the law and Simons procedures.
• Write reports and produce identification cards for staff members.

Requirements

• Being an empathetic, caring, and disciplined person.
• Demonstrating great resourcefulness and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Relevant professional experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in the official language of the province of the Simons store for which they are applying.
• A provincial security permit is required.
