About the Role
The Trading Team collaborates with Account Management and Business Development to provide strategic recommendations for client retention and business growth. Trading Specialists offer detailed performance and pacing recommendations, act as platform experts, and consult clients to optimize performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development to drive performance and account growth.
- Troubleshoot campaign setup and performance issues across Display, Online Video, and Connected TV.
- Provide feedback to Product Managers for platform and product improvements.
- Analyze large datasets using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to generate actionable insights.
- Present data and insights to client stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with agency and brand direct stakeholders to drive business and meet client needs.
- Work with agency traders and planners to set up campaigns and provide optimization recommendations for budget delivery and KPI achievement.
- Become a platform expert, consulting and educating clients on product updates, best practices, and industry news.
Requirements
- 2+ years of consultative, client-facing experience in ad tech, digital marketing, finance, or data-heavy industries.
- Comfortable with client management and daily communication.
- Strong ability to communicate complex topics to agency and brand direct stakeholders.
- Effective time management skills, prioritizing client requests and long-term projects.
- Strong quantitative skills using MS Excel, Vertica, and Power BI.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and internal stakeholders, and work independently on daily tasks.

- $62,100—$113,800 USD
