About the Role

Canadian Blood Services is seeking a Regular Full-Time Analyst, SAP Business Systems III – Human Resources to join the IT Internal Customer Experience team within the Digital Solutions and Technology Division. This team manages the delivery and operation of SAP services for employee experience and productivity, aiming to make IT more effective, reliable, and consistent. The role focuses on the HR functional area, including Human Resources, Organization Management, Benefits, Performance Management, and SuccessFactors, supporting the use of SAP and its platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to SAP super-user and end-user requests for third-level support and provide resolution steps.
  • Assess client requirements and participate in requirement review meetings for SAP HR system changes in SAP ECC and/or SuccessFactors.
  • Determine possible solutions, estimate and scope IT effort, perform configuration, and maintain related documentation.
  • Conduct SAP system testing for the functional area and develop test plans for all testing phases.
  • Provide technical support to Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Support representatives, and Learning Administrators for SuccessFactors modules.
  • Participate in the evaluation of SAP SuccessFactors release notes and prepare for SF releases.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience (Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Human Resources).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting SAP ECC including configuration (IMG, pay scale configuration, organization management relationships and infotypes, evaluation paths, benefit enrollment and plans, LSMW, screen modifications, dynamic actions, point of integration, personnel actions, infotypes, authorization, and audit logs).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding and/or Learning in an IT support role, including SAP SF Integration Centre.
  • Participated in at least 1 full cycle of a SuccessFactors implementation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Ability to conduct business professionally and develop strong working relationships.
  • Ability to relay technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent problem analysis, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot SAP points of integration.
  • Strong understanding of data replication and integration between SuccessFactors modules and other HR systems, and SAP ECC to third-party systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP Security roles and authorization is considered an asset.

  • $99,600 - $117,200
