About the Role

Manage daily client service needs for a Fine Art book of business, including service, placement, cross-selling, and business development. Utilize system tools, communicate frequently with clients, adhere to corporate procedures, and maintain data integrity. Provide guidance to third-party vendors managing aspects of the account.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume book of small-to-mid Fine Art clients, including renewal strategy, submissions, proposals, binders, mid-term requests, invoicing, schedules of insurance, certificates, and contract review.
  • Remarket existing accounts based on client requests or market conditions.
  • Support Team Leaders and Producers on new and existing business, including coverage analysis, identifying coverage gaps, and providing quotations.
  • Cross-sell other lines of coverage to promote organic growth.
  • Liaise with Fine Art Leaders and Claims Specialists for claims assistance.
  • Maintain positive market relationships and advise Team Leaders on market changes.
  • Document all client and carrier communications in the agency management system.
  • Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Travel for team, company, client, and prospecting functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of property and casualty insurance experience, Fine Art preferred.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Valid P&C Brokers’ license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow process and procedures.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to display tact and poise under pressure.
  • Ability to work efficiently in teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in insurance agency management systems; AMS 360, Work Smart, and Epic preferred.

Salary/Compensations

  • $51,800 - $85,000 Annual
