About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact initiatives, from business case development to operational delivery and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Facilitate collaboration between regional directors, internal platform teams, and client representatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on program strategy.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to enhance account productivity.
  • Oversee reporting of key data points and provide executive-level updates and actionable insights.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and dependencies, implement mitigation strategies, and perform quality checks.
  • Support change impact analysis and communication strategies for technology and process adoption.
  • Drive the integration of innovative tools to increase client value.
  • Lead end-to-end program planning and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Build and maintain collaboration between internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Oversee program progress and implement proactive risk mitigation.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent delivery standards.

Requirements

  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizational structures establishing program management frameworks, standards and best practices.
  • Proven track record influencing senior leadership decisions and driving organizational change.
  • Proven ability to manage an active portfolio of initiatives focused on service delivery optimization and large-scale account strategy.
  • Experience with project management and data visualization tools (such as Smartsheet and Looker Studio).
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
