About the Role

The Workplace Experience Coordinator supports day-to-day workplace operations, space readiness, and employee support within a dedicated zone or building. This role proactively identifies and resolves issues to enhance the employee experience and is responsible for planning and executing workplace programming, employee engagement initiatives, and onsite office events. We seek a collaborative self-starter with strong communication skills to deliver an elevated customer experience to employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch support to employees, including tools, information, and wayfinding.
  • Welcome employees and guests, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with end users and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Act as the first line of response for user questions, troubleshoot issues, and follow up.
  • Assess space readiness, ensuring workspaces, conference rooms, and offices are properly equipped.
  • Proactively identify and report repairs, maintenance, or missing furniture by submitting work orders.
  • Educate employees and visitors on equipment, processes, space use, protocols, and etiquette.
  • Address employee complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions, conducting follow-up as needed.
  • Obtain quantitative and qualitative customer data to capture service needs and share with managers.
  • Follow escalation protocols and understand cross-functional team responsibilities.
  • Identify and escalate process improvement opportunities, collaborating on new solutions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute workplace programming, employee engagement initiatives, and onsite office events.
  • Manage workplace events from planning through execution and follow-up, coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support meeting room and event space coordination, including assisting with bookings, monitoring usage, and managing operational capacity.

  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in workplace experience, hospitality, event planning, customer service, restaurant/bar operations, stage management, or other high-touch service environments requiring end-to-end coordination and execution of events and space management.

Salary/Compensations
