About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own the entire recruitment process from strategy to execution, focusing on technical hiring for Engineering and Product teams, while also being versatile enough to handle non-technical roles. This is a unique opportunity to significantly impact the company's future by attracting top talent and building a world-class hiring engine in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Be a strategic thought partner: Work directly with the VP of People & Culture and hiring managers to develop and refine our hiring strategy.
- Own the recruiting lifecycle: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Build the foundation: Lead the strategy to optimize our ATS (Workable), creating and implementing interview guides, and developing training for hiring managers.
- Source top talent: Proactively find and engage exceptional candidates for high-impact roles.
- Champion the candidate experience: Design a delightful candidate experience to ensure every person has a positive, supportive, and transparent experience, regardless of the outcome.
- Experiment with AI & technology: Explore and experiment with modern recruiting tools, including AI, to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows—all while maintaining the personal, human touch that sets our candidate experience apart.
- Leverage Data: Own the recruiting dashboard, turning data and metrics into actionable insights that tell a clear story about our pipeline health and hiring efforts.
