About the Role

As a Founders Associate, you will work side-by-side with the founders and Senior Launch Manager to bring new newsoul studios to life across Germany and internationally. You will learn our launch playbook and grow into someone who can run a launch independently, helping to revolutionize the massage industry.

Responsibilities

• Own everything it takes to make a new studio operational: recruiting and onboarding the local team, negotiating with service providers and suppliers, setting up processes, and coordinating all stakeholders from preparation through go-live to post-launch review.
• Pioneer newsoul's first international openings in Austria and Switzerland, navigating regulatory frameworks, building local supplier and hiring pipelines, and adapting the operational playbook for new markets.
• Track ramp-up metrics, operational KPIs, and early customer signals to identify what's working and what needs to change.
• Improve existing processes and standardize workflows across studios, close operational gaps, and ensure smoother openings.
• Take on strategic operations projects such as building internal tools, rethinking information flow, or exploring AI and automation for manual work.

Requirements

• Hold at least a Bachelor's degree and are currently in a Master's program, between degrees, or in a deliberate gap phase before your next step.
• Background in Business or a related discipline.
• Gathered hands-on experience in a high-pace environment (consulting, fast-scaling startup, or similar).
• Notice when something isn't working and have started fixing it.
• Curiosity about new markets, different rules, and unfamiliar cities.
• Curiosity about how AI and automation can improve operational work.
• Communicate with equal clarity in German and English.
• Energized by speed and comfortable with shifting priorities.
