About the Role

We are dedicated to making homes carbon-free by providing tailored solutions for millions of homeowners to implement energy-efficient renovations, thereby building the infrastructure for climate-neutral living. We are backed by over 40 million Euros in funding from top investors like COATUE, Foundamental & Target Global.

Responsibilities

• Technical planning of PV systems, including inverters and storage.
• Creation of technical concepts, parts lists, performance specifications, and standardized planning documents.
• Quality assurance of planned systems and monitoring of installation.
• End-to-end coordination of customer projects from order confirmation to project completion.
• Central interface between craft partners and the customer success team.
• Timeline management: Overview of all ongoing projects and adherence to agreed deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in renewable energies, energy/building technology, or a completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician for energy and building technology with business management understanding.
• Experience in planning photovoltaic systems.
• Proficient in handling technical drawings and digital tools.
• Structured, reliable, and team-oriented work approach.
• Very good German language skills.

Education Level

• Bachelor's degree in renewable energies, energy/building technology, or a completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician for energy and building technology with business management understanding.
