Responsibilities
- Plan and develop seasonal collections in close collaboration with management and the brand-building team.
- Drive holistic product development and design alongside various fashion influencers.
- Oversee purchasing, production, and quality control processes.
- Negotiate with international suppliers on pricing, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and deliveries.
- Analyze product performance and identify potential for improvements and growth.
- Ensure smooth workflows and continuously optimize processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to a small buying team.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private label purchasing.
- Experience in fast fashion, young fashion, or commercial fashion brands.
- Sound knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production volumes, coupled with a keen sense for trends, competition, and pricing strategies.
- Very good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
