About the Role
We are seeking a Vehicle Technician to repair, service, and maintain the Addison Lee fleet, including VW, Audi, Mercedes, and Ford vehicles. This role is crucial for keeping our drivers on the road and ensuring our trusted service. You will be part of a dedicated team at our West Drayton Driver Hub.
Responsibilities
- Vehicle maintenance, repairs, and full servicing
- Fault finding and diagnostic work with a focus on quality
- Working to manufacturer repair standards
- Replacing clutches, timing belts, and engines
- Providing advice to drivers relating to repairs
- Basic administration
Requirements
- Main dealership experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience working autonomously
- Own tools for general servicing and repairs
- Driving license
- Longevity in previous roles
- Diagnostic training and ability to diagnose faults
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
