About the Role

The London Dungeon and Shrek’s Adventure! London are recruiting for Retail and Bar Hosts to join their team. You will interact with guests across both landmark attractions, enhancing their journey and creating memorable moments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service to every guest.
• Create memorable moments through friendly, confident, and engaging service.
• Actively upsell products and promote in-store offers using strong product knowledge.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards across all retail areas.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure food safety and health and safety standards are a top priority.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and positive team.
• Serve guests in the immersive Victorian-themed bar, from making bespoke cocktails to pulling the perfect pint (London Dungeon only).
• Have fun while working.

Requirements

• Must be aged 18+ (some shifts require selling alcohol).
• Strong customer focus.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Confidence in approaching and interacting with a high volume of guests daily.
• Experience in upselling and achieving sales targets.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Ability to work under pressure to high standards.
• Proactive approach, ready to support colleagues and ensure Health & Safety standards are met.
• Pride in delivering memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations.
