About the Role
Barbacks are protectors of the craft beverage program.
Responsibilities
- Create authentic, custom guest experiences through high attention to detail and service.
- Deliver high quality food and beverage tailored to guest preferences.
- Support the bar team by juicing, stocking, prepping, rotating kegs, products, and service ware.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in bars, service stations, storage areas, prep stations, and all other workstations.
- Collaborate with team members to provide high-level hospitality.
Requirements
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal.
- Must be 21 years old and over.
