About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment to conduct sonography examinations in accordance with infectious disease, sterilization and patient safety protocols, policies and procedures.
- Review patient medical history, evaluate contraindications, obtain patient consent, perform required ultrasound examinations and document findings.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment and perform basic quality control checks.
- Ensure sonography exam results meet facility standards for quality assurance.
- Coordinate with cross functional clinic teams to ensure exceptional service and client experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a sonographer performing examinations such as abdominal exams
- Breast, transvaginal and transrectal experience required
- Member of the CMRITO
- Ultrasound ARDMS certification
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
