About the Role
Join the Commercial Analytics team as a Consultant, supporting quantitative analyses and delivering client-ready insights. Collaborate with senior team members on business questions, analytical problem-solving, and client presentations. This role offers exposure to various commercial analytics topics, building core consulting and analytical capabilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Support projects in sales team design, performance reporting, incentive compensation, and commercial analytics initiatives
- Develop quantitative models and analytical tools for sales force sizing, segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights on brand performance, promotion effectiveness, and field team strategy
- Create high-quality, client-ready presentations, communicating methodologies, findings, and recommendations
- Support client engagements by enhancing and maintaining analytical tools and deliverables, contributing to project workstreams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Insights, and other Analytics groups, to deliver integrated solutions
- Contribute to the development of best practices, reusable modules, and scalable solutions to strengthen Trinity’s offerings
- Participate in client interactions, supporting senior team members in meetings and presentations
- Maintain proactive communication with project teams for alignment and timely delivery of milestones
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, forecasting, marketing analytics, or a related area
- Experience working with life sciences or healthcare data is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team-based environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in the life sciences industry and commercialization strategy
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) preferred
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, VBA) is a plus
- Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus
- Exposure to commercial analytics topics such as field force sizing and structure, segmentation, targeting, incentive compensation design, or forecasting

Salary/Compensations
- Minimum of $110,000
- Eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus
