About the Role

Wealth Dynamix is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support consulting and delivery teams in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements for client projects. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build expertise in business analysis and project delivery within a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage business requirements from clients.
• Attend and contribute to client meetings as a representative of Wealth Dynamix.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Build expert understanding of WDX1 and Microsoft Dynamics products.
• Support existing clients by providing advice and product insights.
• Assist in managing the Product Backlog for client projects.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure software is delivered according to client needs.
• Support the execution and management of test phases.
• Contribute to client-facing activities, including sprint playbacks, UAT sessions, and go-live support.
• Support project go-live activities.
• Work closely with delivery and development teams to ensure adherence to core product development processes.

Requirements
