About the Role

The Associate I, Operations Support, supports new business implementations and operational continuity across multiple sites under the direct guidance of a Senior Team member. This role involves partnering with engineering for process flows and layout plans, participating in performance improvement and crisis management, and attending operational reviews. Responsibilities also include hyper-care support for relocations, application migrations, and new launches, managing UAT and volume stress testing, and providing flexible operational support. Associates are expected to meet company objectives in performance, safety, and quality, and comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.

Responsibilities

  • Support new business implementations and operational continuity across multiple sites.
  • Partner with engineering to develop detailed process flows and layout plans.
  • Participate in performance improvement and crisis management support.
  • Attend operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates.
  • Provide hyper-care support for relocations, application migrations, and new launches.
  • Help manage UAT and volume stress testing.
  • Serve in flexible operational support capacities to maintain continuity during hiring gaps or backfill transitions.
  • Actively engage in DQP sessions and cross-functional planning forums.
  • Meet company objectives in performance, safety, and quality.
  • Comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Support overall stabilization objectives within the operations support team.

Requirements

  • Operate under the direct guidance of a Senior Team member with significant oversight and mentorship.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Ability to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to frequently sit, bend, walk, and stand.
  • Ability to lift/carry and push/pull 21-50 pounds.
  • Ability to reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, reach, and climb.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for several hours per day.
  • Ability to travel by plane and/or automobile.
  • Ability to work in a construction environment.

Skills

  • Familiarity with Kaizen methodologies (plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applicable WMS systems.
  • English language proficiency (reading, writing, verbal).
  • Good organizational skills.

  • Good written communication skills.
  • Good oral communication skills.

Salary/Compensations

  • $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 Annually
