About the Role
This role is for a Licensed Esthetician at Hand and Stone's New City location, focusing on helping clients achieve their best skin through innovative services and customized treatment plans. The vision is to make each client's visit the best hour of their month, empowering them on their journey to healthy, radiant skin.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests.
- Perform top-level esthetic services.
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals.
- Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
- Achieve sales goals outlined by spa management.
- Create excellent client experiences through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Requirements
- Licensed Esthetician
- 3+ years of experience
- Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
- Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
