Responsibilities
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
- Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely (for team leads).
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies (for team leads).
Requirements
- No prior experience required.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete a background check.
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (mopping, vacuuming, dusting, working overhead).
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 5 PM.
- Ability to communicate with clients.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company car (for higher earning potential).

Salary/Compensations
- Guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour.
- Ability to make up to $800.00 per week.
- Paid weekly.
- Pay range: $16.00 to $22.00 per hour, dependent on experience, work quality, and speed.
