About the Role

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely (for team leads).
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies (for team leads).

Requirements

• No prior experience required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (mopping, vacuuming, dusting, working overhead).
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 5 PM.
• Ability to communicate with clients.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company car (for higher earning potential).

• Ability to make up to $800.00 per week.
• Paid weekly.
• Pay range: $16.00 to $22.00 per hour, dependent on experience, work quality, and speed.
