You'll be both client-facing and lawyer-facing, acting as a key point of contact for clients while providing essential day-to-day support to our fee earners. No two days will look the same, and you'll thrive on the variety.

- Ability to keep on top of multiple tasks simultaneously

- Comfortable with audio typing, dictation, and the full Microsoft Office suite
- Adaptable and calm under pressure
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Confident engaging with clients both in person and over the phone
- Appreciation for being embedded in a close-knit local community
