About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate with solid experience in Property Law to join Laurus at our Northcote Road office. Based in the heart of Northcote Road, you'll be part of one of London's most vibrant, family-oriented communities.
Responsibilities
- Sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property.
- Lease extensions.
- Auction sales and purchases.
- Managing and building relationships with clients and introducers.
- Supervising paralegals, trainees, and support staff.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years' post-qualified experience.
- Pragmatic, with an eye for detail, and prepared to think on your feet.
- Solid experience across a wide range of residential property matters.
- Technical expertise and outstanding client care skills.
- Ambition to work in a dynamic environment and potential interest in future leadership roles.
- Ability to grow with the firm and take on increasing responsibility.
- Ability to work closely with senior lawyers and the Head of the Northcote Road office.
- Understanding of the value of relationships.
- Active role in nurturing client and introducer relationships within the local community.
