Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' residential property paralegal experience within a specialist property department.
• Ability to work independently with initiative, discretion, and confidentiality.

• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
• Proactive approach and an eye for detail.
• Exceptional team player, resilient and calm under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong motivation to learn and grow.
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Experience using case management systems.
• Appreciation for genuine client relationships.
