Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' residential property paralegal experience within a specialist property department.
- Ability to work independently with initiative, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Proactive approach and an eye for detail.
- Exceptional team player, resilient and calm under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong motivation to learn and grow.
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Experience using case management systems.
- Appreciation for genuine client relationships.
- Comfortable in an open, entrepreneurial, and progressive working culture.
