About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join a team that moves mountains. You will solve problems, facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, and align them to shape, influence, and refine our products. An intimate understanding of our market and product suite will help overcome obstacles, and you will be ready to learn and grow through our resources, tools, and first-hand experience.

Responsibilities

• Empathize with clients and describe the problems we are trying to solve.
• Collaborate with and manage the product development team alongside the Product Manager.
• Gather, analyze, and apply quantitative and qualitative data and feedback to elevate our products.
• Ideate new solutions and opportunities, and analyze research to align with product goals.
• Facilitate communication within cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Deliver training to internal teams and external stakeholders to promote optimal product knowledge.
• Gain knowledge and experience in the creation of product roadmaps, strategy, and plans.
• Gain first-hand experience on how to delegate, manage, and lead cross-functional teams to product success.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, a similar related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Analyst, Scrum Master, or practical experience in the development and/or launch of a product.
• Experience working both autonomously and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build domain and industry knowledge quickly.
